Fall is definitely my favorite season. (I know I said that about summer too but hey, I’m fickle with my seasons.) I love the temperatures, the change of color in the world, the sweaters and of course, the GREATEST HOLIDAY EVER is at the end of this month.
This past weekend didn’t disappoint the Fall lover in me. It was the most amazing autumn weekend I can remember. The temperatures were in the high 70′s with no humidity and the colors of the leaves were ridiculous. They looked like something out of a Disney movie.
Needless to say, Ben and I spent a lot of time outside this weekend. How could you possibly be indoors when you know that evil Winter is peeking around the corner, ready to pounce?
This guy is right outside our apartment building. He’s cute. And pretty.

And speaking of cute, check out who I found underneath that tree:

Now I know what he’ll look like in 2018 for his senior picture. But Benjamin, I have told you many times now. STOP GROWING UP! That’s an order! And this time I really mean it.
Oh and to all my friends who read this blog and are on my Christmas card list? Um, please act surprised when you get this picture in the mail on say December 15th.
This beauty I found driving Ben home from a play date. And yes, I am THAT lady who pulls over on the side of the road to take a picture. To the guy behind me who I greatly confused ; sorry. But seriously, LOOK AT THIS TREE!
I just might have a big girl crush on this one.
You know what else was super pretty this weekend? This current poll .
Obama 49%
McCain 41%
Isn’t that gorgeous? If those numbers don’t make a hard core Democrat girl swoon, I’m not sure what will.
(Is anyone else immensely impressed that I somehow turned a post about Fall into yet another post about Obama? I’m a political Ninja, I tell ya.)

You’re making me jealous! I want fall leaves!
Wow. All I have to say is wow. That tree IS gorgeous. I would’ve pulled over too.
On our drive to the wedding this weekend, the trees were all changing. There was one part where it looked just like a canopy of red and orange over the road. Fall rocks!
Oooh, they are gorgeous!
We have pretty trees here, too! It’s just hard to see them through all the RAIN!!!
i’m that same lady who does that for the magnolias when they’re blooming. it’s TOTALLY cool with me.
