Wilted

On the hottest day of the year,

when there were heat advisory’s and heat indexes of over 100 degrees,

when Madison Wisconsin mysteriously moved to the equator,

one boy went to baseball practice and camp in the non air-conditioned world,

while the other boy went to doggie daycare in a wonderful albeit non air-conditioned place.

And this is what happened when we got them home:

Good thing tomorrow we are headed up north for the weekend where the weather is set to be warm rather than Surface-of-the-sun-Africa-Oh-My-God-I-Can’t-Even-Touch-The-Steering-Wheel-We-Need-Rain-So-Bad, hot.
